Ten ounce fresh haddock filet broiled with seasoned bread crumbs and white wine.
Broiled Sea Scallops
Ten ounces of fresh sea scallops broiled with seasoned bread crumbs and white wine.
Broiled Salmon Filet
Ten ounce fresh salmon filet broiled with white wine and lemon.
Shrimp Scampi
Six jumbo shrimp sauteed with crushed garlic, white wine, lemon and parsley.

Very Rare: Just what the doctor ordered! We pass it over the grill and serve it. Cool and red throughout.
Rare: Seared on the outside with a cool, red center.
Medium Rare: Seared on the outside with a warm, red center.
Medium: Seared on the outside with a warm, pink center.
Medium Well: Seared on the outside with a hint of pink.
Well: Cooked throughout, no pink.
